I have 20 years of Insurance and Financial Services experiences working with Sales Agents and Agency Sales Managers. The last 6 years I was actively delivering leadership training programs, leading follow-up facilitation classes (both face to face and via virtual meetings) and providing presentation training with coaching to “ready now” and “ready with development” leaders within my company.

My experience of on-boarding new Senior Sales Managers led me to the field of Executive Coaching. I am a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) Executive and Professional Coaching program (2007) and I have obtained the A.C.C. designation (expired) with the ICF.
